WELCOME TO THE SHIRLEY SIMMONS MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY!

Hours

7:00 am to 7:30 am.  The library is open every morning Monday - Friday. Students may visit the library at this time to return & checkout books, read, study, use the printer, or get help with their devices. Students may also visit the library as a "class" on their scheduled library day. The library schedule is posted outside of the library entrance. 

Check-outs

Books are checked out for 2 weeks and may be renewed if needed. 

Book returns

Books should be returned in the book drop box located at the librarian's circulation desk. 

Internet access

Internet access is available at the computer stations or by Wi-Fi with your personal device. This privilege depends on proper online behavior. 

Fines

Students must pay the cost of lost books. Overdue fines will not be assessed.
